概述

GRL DisplayPort 1.2b接收端自动化校准与PHY测试软件,适用于Tektronix BertScope™ BSA(GRL-DP-SINK)或AWG7122C Arbitrary Waveform Generator(GRL-DP-SINKA),是一套自动化、容易上手且高效DisplayPort接收端测试软件,可以根据DisplayPort PHY 1.2b测试规范验证接收端产品的Jitter Tolerance。 GRL-DP-SINK可以自动化进行DisplayPort传输速率1.62、2.7、5.4 Gb/s(RBR, HBR, HBR2)的单一通道或多通道测试,并且能在作业系统Windows 7以上的示波器或电脑上执行。

GRL-DP-SINK支持BERTScope与示波器间的自动校准,以产生符合DisplayPort 1.2b PHY认证测试规范的讯号源眼图,为使用者省去人为操作时间。

拥有独特的DDJ(ISI)自动化校准功能、多通道自动切换功能(Long Channel, Short Channel, No Channel等等),并相容多种ISI解决方案,包含Tektronix BertScope DPP125C + LE320 Variable ISI与Artek CLE1000-A1 Low Frequency Variable ISI。 GRL-DP-SINK若整合AUX通道控制器(Tektronix DisplayPort DP-AUX or Unigraf DPT-200 Reference Source with AUX Control)即可自动化执行Link Training与BER验证。
