快速依据CTS规范完成MIPI MPhy接收端电性测试与设计验证。

简介

GRL的MIPI MPhy接收端自动化测试软件用于Tektronix BERTScopeTM BSA/BSX (GRL-MIPI-MPHY-RX)，依据MIPI MPHY标准测试规范版本3.0r18，自动且高效地进行Jitter Tolerance和其他MIPI MPhy接收端的测试。

GRL-MIPI-MPHY-RX可自动测试HS模式下的Gear1、Gear2和Gear3以及PWM模式下的Gear0至Gear7，并且可在任何Windows 7系统的PC或示波器上运行。

GRL-MIPI-MPHY-RX减少使用者手动操作的时间，整合BERTScope和示波器以自动校正符合MIPI RX标准测试规范的信号源眼图。

GRL独特的测试自动化软件提供简单的使用者界面，自动执行复杂的MIPI测试，有助于节省大量校准设备所需的时间。
